Kandırıldım

Otele vardığımızda akşam geç bir saatti. Her yer küf içinde, banyo dolabını açınca küf kokusu sanki fiziksel olarak yüzüme çarptı, o derece. Tuvalet çöpü doluydu tuvalet kağıtlarıyla. Tuvalet kapağı ıslaktı baya. Çok tedirgin oldum. Azıcık tuvalet kağıdı vardı, sabaha kadar yetmedi. Resepsiyon akşam kapalı oluyormuş, isteyemedik, çok sorun yaşadık. Sanki banyo ,tuvalet biz gelmeden önce kullanılmış, öylece bırakılmıştı. Tüm gece rutubet kokusundan uyuyamadık neredeyse.Sabaha hemen çıkmak istediğimizi söyledik resepsiyonu gelince. 3 günlük karttan çekmişler, iade de yapmadılar. 2 gün kalmadığımız halde parasını ödemiş olduk.

böcek

en büyük sorun dış kapının ahşap olması ve yerden 2 cm yüksek olması. dolayısı ile altından böcekler rahatça geçebiliyor. ilk gün buzdolabının üstünde, kenarında canlı içinde ise ölü 20 kadar küçük karınca vardı. sorun etmeyip sildim. ikinci gün diş fırçasının üstü 100 kadar karıncayla dolmuştu. banyoya atıp üstlerine su döktüm. görevliye söyledim. biz yokken gelip bakmışlar ama herhangi bir şey yapmamışlar. diğer gün yeni aldığımız diş fırçasını başka yere koyduk yine uyandığımızda üstü karınca dolu. kapıların hepsi öyle olduğu sürece zaten girmeme ihtimali yok. son gün ise en kötüsü oldu. büyük bir böcek girdi. banyoda olduğu için üstüne duş başlığıyla kaynar su döküp öldürdüm. öylece bırakıp çıktık. uyumak dışında otelde vakit geçirmediğimden diğer konularda bilgim yok lakin burda kalınmaz hiçbir şekilde. o kapıların değişmesi şart. havlular çok kullanılmaktan renk değiştirmişti yenilenmeleri gerekiyor. puanının bu kadar yüksek olmasına anlam veremedim. hayal kırıklığı oldu gerçekten.

apartment with balcony

The apartment was not clean , the floor was dirty with balls of dirty fluff everywhere, the plates in the kitchen were wet with food on them, there was one child's knife in the cutlery drawer, no coat hangers, the shower had no shower head we asked for it to be repaired they said yes but nobody came to fix it, we had to use the plastic shower head that is used for washing your feet, the bedding was unclean and the towels. The dour to the balcony was broken so we could not close it when we went out at night. Very disappointing and the staff could not be bothered sorting it out. I have stayed in Antalya many times first ever disappointment re accommodation .
