"Room is not clean curtains are damaged and falling apart"

"We had a wonderful stay at Amsterdam Hotel in Kemer! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. "Room is dirty and not organized. Curtains falling apart"

"We stayed 3 days and no one cleaned our rooms or changed towels. We were using wet towels for three days. One day only some one took our trash and took our card from the room. Soap was out and we told the receptionist once but no one refilled the soap dispensers. Looks like they were very understaffed but everyone seems nice and smiling."

"It was a overall nice experience. I didn't like the cold bread and no toaster."

Housekeeping will not pay any attention to your do not disturb sign, got to sleep around 3am first night, housekeeping starts knocking from 9am, maybe 4 times on the first day when I was just trying to catch up on my...
