The biggest problem was that this hotel, which claims to be child-friendly, only carried out activities for children in Russian. Usually, in such hotels, the songs played in children's animations, mini discos, etc. are chosen from internationally known children's songs, but unfortunately, 9 out of every 10 songs played for children here were in Russian. Therefore, non-Russian children did not have enough fun. Other than that, the hotel was generally good.

The food was amazing. The drinks were ok. The bus to the beach was good. Most staff were great. Some not so good. Mainly Russian guests. We felt a bit out of place being English. The property is looking a little tired in places but overall we really enjoyed our stay and it was great value for money.

The property was very clean. From the moment you arrived , you can see it’s a very clean and maintained property. They met us at the front entrance. Asked what if I needed help. Let me park my rental car first and checked in with my kiddos. The staff new enough English at the front desk to discuss food places times. But I was also given an itinerary of times for my stay. Very helpful. The bracelets provided at check in were a soft material so not to discomfort you. I really liked that. The rooms were clean and nice. However, you could hear people in the hallway. Sometimes it would wake me up at night. The food is different for dinner ever night we stayed. That was nice! Beach walk was nice after breakfast or lunch. You could also talk the shuttle to and from the beach. They had free water fridges around the food areas for your pleasure. And ice cream for the kiddos throughout the day. The pharmacy was just right next door so in case you needed bands aids or aloe for sun burns.that was a plus.

Fiyat performans acısından güzeldi. Lakin odalarda ki izolasyon yeterli değildi. Yan ve üst odadaki saygısız turistlerin gürültüleri yüzünden uymakta biraz zorlandık. Onun dışında herşey yeterli ve düzenli sayılırdı. Teşekkürler

Ailemle gittiğim tatilde, genel olarak memnun kalmadım. Benim için pek önemi yok aman yemekler ve tatlılar hem az hem de başarısız. En olumsuz yanı, belki otelde devam eden bakım onarım yetkilileri ya da otel içindeki esnaflar ne yazık ki otel içinde kendi evlerinde gibi hareket ediyorlar bu sonra derece rahatsız edici bir durum kesinlikle müşteri değillerdi bu çok belliydi ve zaten bileklikleri de yoktu.

Girişte karşılayan arkadaşlardan çağlar vardı çok ilgili güler yüzlü ve çözüm odakliydi. Ben çalışanların hepsini takdir ediyorum motivasyonları hep yüksek ve herkes yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. pizza fırınında duran beyefendi hariç o biraz söylenerek ve fevri yapıyordu işini turistler anlamadığı için bir kaç kere kızlığını duydum. Otel yemekleri damak tadimiza pek uymadı ama aç kalma ihtimali yok çünkü neredeyse 00 a kadar atıştırmalık var. Deniz yakın Otel organizasyonunu kim yönetiyor bilemiyorum ama çok başarılı tebrik ve teşekkür ediyorum. Harika bir tatil yaşamak istiyorsanız muhakkak gidin. Birde eklemek istiyorum rez yaparken kızımı eklemeyi unutmuşum hic sorun etmeden 3 kişilik odayi hazırladılar. Hepinize çok ❤️

Ich war von dem Hotel sehr positiv überrascht. Verständigung in englischer Sprache sehr gut. Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Speiseauswahl und Service ebenfalls sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil. Das Hotel liegt nicht am Strand. Aber es gibt einen Shuttle-Service.

Udmærket familiehotel med god plads, tæt på strand

Vi havde et udmærket ophold på Armas Kaplan Paradise i juli. Hotellet har et stort udendørs areal med masser af træer, der giver skygge, og flere steder man kan sidde. Afstanden til stranden er ikke noget problem -- faktisk en behagelig lille gåtur -- men der er også mulighed for at blive kørt. De udendørs arealer var velplejede og rene. Værelset i ikke perfekt, men fornuftig stand. Indendørs rengøring OK, men på værelset dog underligt inkonsekvent. F.eks. blev vores håndklæder den ene dag ikke skiftet, men hængt til tørre på altanen, som også var blevet fejet. Vi havde foretrukket at den fyldte skraldespand var blevet tømt. Personalet er generelt smilende og høfligt. Vi kontaktede flere gange receptionen uden succes fordi vi manglende toiletpapir på værelset. Hver gang var receptionisten venlig og troede måske også selv at hun løste problemet, men der skete ikke noget. Maden på buffeterne var udmærket, ofte med kød og fisk fra grill. Herudover var der i løbet af dagen og aftenen flere andre muligheder for at spise pizza, burger, kartofler, vafler, sandwich, is m.m. Den lokale vin, de serverer, er nok noget man skal vænne sig til. De tre cocktails, jeg prøvede fra baren, var alle lunkne og ikke særligt gode. Heldigvis var der udmærket øl fra Efes. Lydstyrke ved underholdning om aftenen unødvendigt høj efter min smag. God spa. Hotellet ser ud til særligt at henvende sig til et russisktalende klientel, men ofte foregik kommunikation på både russisk, tyrkisk og engelsk.

Отличная "четвёрка" в знаменитом Текирова!

Отель с лучшими в посёлке соснами. Территория прекрасно ухожена и помимо сосен и кипарисов садовники содержат много плодовых деревьев, кустов и цветов. Рады и цикады, и отдыхающие! Номера простые, но чистые и комфортные (в обоих корпусах), отель прошёл реновацию 3 года назад. Еды много, на разные вкусы. Неплохое вино (другой алкоголь не пробовала, но судя по тому, как его поглощали без жалоб туристы разных национальностей - беспроблемный). Хороший спа (разумеется, массажи за дополнительную плату). Хороший Wi-Fi. Большой бассейн всегда чистый, а в отдельном маленьком - прикольные горки, на которых с удовольствием катаются и дети, и взрослые - не экстремальные, но "четверные с перегибами" и жёлтая "труба" моментально поднимают настроение :-) Мне 50, но скатывалась с 13-летним сыном каждый день по 5-10 раз. От калитки отеля, ведущей на пляж, до моря 7 минут взрослым шагом под тенью сосен, перевитых дикими лозами - тень всегда, даже в полдень, что было актуально в августовские дни с температурой воздуха 40. И при этом часто курсирует открытый грузовичок с весёлой музыкой, подхватывающий каждый раз от 1 до 15 уставших или обленившихся :-) Очень дружелюбные сотрудники всех уровней и секторов, не просто улыбаются, а стараются выполнить просьбы или исправить возникающие мелкие проблемы. Поэтому если что-то не заладилось - не стесняйтесь обращаться за помощью к персоналу. Мы продлили своё 10-дневное проживание ещё на неделю. Отелю желаю процветания, туристам - хорошего отдыха!
