"The only (minor) complaint here is that the entrance is a little awkward. We ended up storing a suitcase just inside the front door to keep us from accidentally stepping down or falling. Other than that, our stay was great! We were close enough to walk into Cirencester to enjoy market day, but not so close that we had to worry about parking. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was some renovation happening on the barn just across the way, but it didn’t bother...

"We had a lovely stay at Barn Way with the old building well refurbished with new kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms were comfy and the old flagstone floor of the lounge was great. Nice little backyard with outdoor setting for a drink or meal, Very quiet area although there were 5 houses together in the overall building. "Bakers flat is in a fantastic location & is beautifully done up inside, making it very comfortable to stay in. We enjoyed having all the amenities on the doorstop & loved Cirencester park which was a 5min walk away. Maddie the host was easily contactable & very helpful."

"When we arrived, we were told that they did not hold a booking for us, as Expedia had cancelled our booking!!. It took over 4 hours for the hotel, myself and a guy from Expedia in the USA to semi resolve the issue. The hotel were wonderful, Expedia were blatant liars as they told the hotel that they had informed us of the cancellation, and had booked us into another hotel. Shame on you Expedia!! As the hotel had restricted accommodation left for our visit, we had to rearrange via Expedia to stay in another hotel for part of our stay. Unlikely to be using Expedia again which is very unfortunate as we have used them on numerous occasions over the years."
