"Das Haus hat einer sehr schöne Lage, man selber nutzt aber nur ein Teil des Hauses, da es 2 Wohneinheiten hat. Der mietbare beschriebene Teil ist recht klein und für vier Personen mangels Fläche und Abstellflächen nicht ausreichend. Das Küchenequipment ist sehr abgenutzt und für nasse Kleidung bei Regenwetter fehlt ein Bereich zum Trocknen. Es hat aber eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick in einer ruhigen Lage."

"Positiv super Lage und man hat seine Ruhe. Das Bad entspricht leider nicht dem Anspruch und müßte wirklich wirklich dringend renoviert werden.Asche vom Vormieter im Kamin, Schränke riechen muffig und bieten zu wenig Platz. Es sollte wirklich sauber sein vor Mietbeginn und nicht voller Spinnweben.Grillrost verostet und schmutzig kann man vor Saisoneröffnung eventuell tauschen...aber trotz des engen Platzes und der Frage wie dort 6 Personen leben sollen macht es echt Spaß und ist mit ein paar...

"Wir wusten nicht,daß es sich um eine Altbauwohnung handelt. DIE WOHNUNGSTÜRwar nicht überzeugend sicher und flatterte im Schloss. BADEZIMMER WAREN EINFACH, ERFÜLLTEN ABER IHREN ZWECK. Es gab nur Netflex und keinen normalen Fernsehempfang. Haushaltsgeräte waren alle neu. FAZIT, MAN KONNTE SICH NACH EIN paar Abstrichen doch gut erholen!!"

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
