"Fresh cookies and coffee were there when we arrived, they gave us a crib for our baby. The pool and spa are open 24hrs a day. Clean, safe environment with amazing staff."

"The price of the room was more than far nicer hotels. My stay here last year was great. I reserved a room with a king size bed. One of the screws securing the door latch fell out as soon as I opened the door. The room was not the cleanest. The bathroom was nasty. There was urine stains all over the base of the toilet and in the shower there was dark mold in most of the grout lines and walls. The shower faucet was so loose it was hard to shower. The staff was kind and friendly. They were quick to secure the door and clean some of the mold out. For 192 dollars a night I didn’t expect a moldy stand up shower with a small fabric curtain. I assume he was the manager that promised a better different room the following day if I chose to stay or a discount off the one night stay. However when I asked about the promised discount, they said I booked through Expedia so there was nothing they can do. They are currently renovating, but the whole experience and cleanliness should have been addressed. I understand some parts won’t be spotless but the smell was a sure sign it was old mold when I opened the door to the bathroom."

"We enjoy our stay here every time we drop a child off for college in Rexburg. It's close enough to do all we need to do to help our college students, far enough away the rates aren't quite as high during typical dropoff and pickup times for BYUI. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the beds are comfortable, easy to enter and exit the parking lot, and a reasonable price"

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property for our family gathering! The house was exactly what we needed — spacious, comfortable, and somehow still big enough for everyone to spread out without hearing every single family discussion from across the house. That alone deserves 5 stars.The layout worked perfectly for our group, with plenty of room to relax, visit, and enjoy time together. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming.I can't say enough good about our host. She is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered quickly, although thankfully we didn’t need much because everything was so well prepared. The labeled areas for where things needed to go helped with the kids taking care of their things so we didn't have to focus as much on keeping track of the kids and we could relax and spend time together. We hope we can stay longer next time. This would be a great property for about any gathering - from family reunion, to bridal party, to team retreat for a business. I could totally see myself renting this for a catered company dinner in the future! Overall, this amazing venue helped make our family trip memorable for all the right reasons. We’d absolutely stay here again — assuming we can coordinate everyone’s schedules and survive another group text chain."
