"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The only recommendation I would make is a minor one; have a laminated channel guide for the television in the room."

"The hot tub was supposed to open May 16. We checked in May 16. Hot tub was never opened. Our phone had no dial tone and there was a giant hole in the wall from a previous guest by the back door. Knobs would randomly fall off the dressers, the fridge wasn’t cold at all and there was no air vent in the back part so either that person had to roast at night or the front person had to freeze. "Great location, communication, and facilities! The only negative response not earning it a perfect “excellent”rating was due to the stained and needing a shampoo carpeting. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and suited our needs beautifully. I would definitely recommend, and stay again! "

"We enjoyed this Beautiful, quiet and charming lakefront resort located walking distance to the town. It had large rooms and everything we needed. The grounds were quite lovely but needed some care."

"Overpriced for service. The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. However the rest of the staff was packing we asked if they had water and we were told no and that they didn’t have ice. The front desk attendant was more interested in playing video ga Ed than answering questions he in fact responded with “no we don’t have any water all the foreign girls keep drinking it”. Later we found a vending machine with bottled water and an ice machine. We had a fold out bed but no line Ed or...

"Great view but definitely had a few interactions with some bugs in the room. Right by the lake so it's to be expected. A couple crickets and some spiders. Other than that it was great!"

"The staff was great, as always. The stuff that I could bring up almost feels like nitpicking. The breakfast looked like it was just thrown together, because I’ve seen them so much better. There weren’t any towels in the pool area, even after we asked for some. None appeared until we were checking out the next day. Overall, the kids had a great time, and that’s what matters most "
