"The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. It's a little tricky to get to; but that was likely due to us not being from Germany/the area/understanding how the roads work. Once we understood how to get to it, it was a breeze to come and go. Beds were comfy! Hot was was hot, which made for a good shower. There are a few cobwebs, but the spaces you touch were all fresh and clean. I would suggest a...

"The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

Trotz der Hitze haben wir viel Verschiedenes unternommen: Stadtspaziergänge und Rundfahrten, Schifffahrt, Museumsbesuche, Multimediaevents, Konzert, Schwimmbad. Unser sehr angenehmes, grosszügig eingerichtetes Feriendomizil haben wir sehr geschätzt. Der Urlaub hätte gern noch länger dauern können."

Für einen kurztripp in Ordnung, Einzig die Abrechnung bei Abreise etwas seltsam, aufpassen, sonst zahlt man zweimal für Endreinigung und Wäschepaket. Energiekosten sehr hoch."

"We come to visit relatives, but always find we could stay longer in the Saar-Traum! The house is situated in the old city center and we love the walks along the river! The house has everything you might need - just perfect for us! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Die Ferienwohnung am Himmelberg in Thalfang ist der ideale Standort für einen Urlaub im Hunsrück/Mosel-Gebiet. Zentral zwischen Trier/Cochem und Idar-Oberstein erreicht mal alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele im Gebiet. Die Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit der "Vermietern" ist absolut unkompliziert."

"Wir haben eine günstige Unterkunft gesucht und gefunden. Zweck war der Besuch bei Oma´s Geburtstag, haben wir aber auch die Gegend ein wenig erkundet. Waren wir in Trier, in Luxemburg (Wasserbillig) günstig tanken und einkaufen und in Irrel in der Teufelsschlucht. Kommunikation und Check In waren sehr gut. Bei den Häusern fehlt es an nichts. Bettwäsche hatten wir selber mitbegracht. Das einzige was ein negativen Sternabzug bekommt - es war nicht ganz sauber und es hätte mal durchgelüftet...

"Very nice. Only drawback is that they don't do breakfast (there is a good kitchen with everything you need if you have supplies). There is a coffee machine and there's a bakery just up the street that was open even on Sunday morning, so it isn't a disaster if you don't come equipped."

"Good property but the XL room has no big kitchen it’s pretty small a d not comfortable to cook there. Everything else is good - but better get a room with a balcony it’s facing the river Moselle and it’s way more quiet than the rooms witch ate facing the road with a kind of heavy traffic "
