"We had booked this apartment for 5 nights, but we left after one night. Mold in the shower, nasty beds, Dirty carpets etc. No working smoke detector, We complained to the host about this immediately, but no answer. Faint smell of urine, that was tried hidden with very heavy perfume. Only positive we can say is that it has a good location. We will NOT be back."

"The property is in a great location in the city center. Communication with the host was great. The bed was not comfortable at all. Very hard. I will say that I was concerned that the towels were not washed properly or the sheets. Both had a mildew smell to them. "

Coffee provided w french press, which was great first thing in the mornings! The fridge was a perfect size for groceries - store was just down the street! The location is an easy 10 min walk - past many shops and second hand stores - to the train station. So many sites! Make your stay perfect in this VRBO. Best for one or two. "

"The apartment is in the very centre of Riga Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops around. It’s nice, modern and clean. Would be nice to have some curtains, as the current ones do not protect from any light. It’s also very noisy pretty much all the time, so one definitely needs good earplugs. We also were surprised that they apply fines if dirty cups or dishes are left."

"The overall impression was positive. We did not have any concerns about the apartment or amenities, or service. Especially the location was perfect! If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area. The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. For older people it would have been simply impossible."

"Very hot days when we were there. Some fans had been great in the apartment. The entrance is pretty dark in the night so little hard for elderly people to see the stairs. There is some noise from the street in the night and early mornings. "

"The appartment is indeed spacious and sunny. It looks as seen on the pictures. The communication with the host worked well and he was friendly and helpful. The building may look worn out from the outside but the appartment was modern and clean. The bathroom was the only flaw of the appartment. It has no windows and only a tiny ventilation, so it stays humid for a long time. It really needs some renovation. The appartment is close to the market halls and to the center of Riga, so you can get...
