"I spent two weeks in the highlands and this was the first hotel I stayed at for two nights in the Cairngorms. It was my favorite place I stayed the whole trip, such a warm authentic country feel with the nicest staff who make you feel right at home in the highlands. The breakfast was fabulous too, my favorite Scottish breakfast of the trip, with pretty views into their courtyard and quiet peaceful vibe. "

The grounds are also beautiful; you can sit at the tables along the river and admire the castle-like building. I wish we could have stayed longer. "
