Villa di Capri commands a towering position high above the country road leading from the traditional village and port Poros to Skala and offers panoramic view over the picturesque headlands of this beautiful area. Designed to satisfy all your needs, this luxurious villa is offering a perfect choice either for couples or families.

A private infinity pool with gorgeous sea view and an outdoor Jacuzzi are offered.

Villa di Capri is built in two levels. On the pool-level floor there is a open plan living room , with dining table and sofa close to the fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with sea view ,a shared bathroom and a warehouse.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. These bedrooms are provided with balconies with an amazing endless sea view.
The villa grounds are accessed via electronic gates directly from the coastal road.
Enclosed by hand-built stone walls and backed by the rugged rocky countryside of this area,
Villa Di Capri occupies a wonderful spot in this beautiful part of Kefalonia.

About Skala
Situated on the Ionian island of Kefalonia, Skala is one of the most popular Greek holiday destinations and attracts visitors from all over the world. Skala is offering one of the best beaches in Kefalonia as well as a variety of facilities and activities, such as elegant restaurants, traditional tavernas, bars, pool bars, jewellers, supermarkets, beach sports and playgrounds.

Beautiful Villa, stunning views, and close to both Poros and Skala - where you could find shops bars and plenty of places to eat. The beds were super comfy, the outdoor space lovely and did i mention the view - wow. We already miss the sunsets.......highly recommend.

Goergous View

Perfect location north of Skala. Far enough from the resorts but close enough to drive to supper in Poros or Skala. For 3 adults and 3 teens, house and patio was spacious. House is well kept and pool was cleaned every other day. The perfect location for those who plan to explore the island as it an hour to lots of the major sites.

Overall good experience

Good location: remote enough for privacy and close enough to the the Scala town amenities. Good location offers good views, but a complicated house access from the road. The washing machine operation has complications due to broken handle.

Wow! What a view

The villa was so well located to the local town Skala with an abundance of restaurants, ice cream parlors, and activities. The view from the villa was spectacular and even the pictures don't do it justice, it is just stunning. It was lovely to lounge around in the pool with that view in the background. The communication from Peny and Lefteris was amazing and they were very kind in recommending different places to visit around the island. We loved our time in the villa and would love to come back and stay, it made the best holiday even more incredible!

A view to die for.

Beautiful villa, modern, spacious, clean and with great facilities. The sea views from the front patio and pool area are the most stunning we have ever experienced and we've taken many Villa holidays in different places.. The property is very private although only a few kilometres from Skala and Poros which have restaurants and shops. The driveway is quite steep but we hired a big car - Volkswagen Caddy Maxi - and had no problems negotiating it at all. Kefalonia is a beautiful island, quite quiet by tourist standards but with plenty to see and very friendly people. We had a great holiday and would be more than happy to go back to the Villa Di Capri.

Villa with a wonderful view

What a beautiful view from this villa. Had a wondeful stay. We were close enough to Skala for groceries, and Resturants. Enjoyed the goats with bells that wondered around across the street. Explored a lot of the Island and this was a great home base.

Perfect place for a family wind down

Responsive and helpful host (thanks for the inflatable pool bed). Comfortable villa with pretty much everything you need, pool and view is very nice. Great holiday enjoyed by all of us, 10 years old to 50.

What a view

Villa is amazing, great view that you will never tire of, bring binoculars, we wish we had. Everything that you need is supplied, the welcome pack was very much appreciated. Beds really comfortable, nice living area with sound bar for poolside music. You need nerves of steel to get a car up the driver but practice makes perfect. The only issue we had was that the gate remote was broken so we had to stop on the blind bend each time we left or entered but hopefully this will now be resolved. The only thing negative I would say is that the pool beds need up dating but thats just a minor issue, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it. You do need a car though as the walk is long and hot to Skala or Poros.

Unbelievable view!

We enjoyed a 2 week stay at Villa di Capri, as a family the villa was perfect for us and the local area was wonderful. Contcating the hosts was no problem at all and they tried their best to answer our queries. We would definitely recommend it!

Villa with amazing sea view

The villa is located about 50-100meter from the sea, with amazing views, many boats sailing by, an incredible experience! Pool was great, designed super so you can enjoy the sea view. We liked the beaches in Skala and the villages in the neighbourhood; it is a really nice part of the island. The villa had good airconditioning; its furniture in our view could use an upgrade. The communications with Lefteris, the owner and Marinela, the housekeeper, were absolutely excellent.

Kefalonia Restorative Break

Great location, wonderful view, high spec villa and facilities. Drive way up to property took some practise 🤔 Ideal for a restorative respite. The 'Villa Kitten' Little mischief was an added bonus! Would certainly come again in the future. The villa could do with a 'welcome book' and details of how to use appliances etc.

Beautiful villa de capri

The villa was perfect , great location far enough away to feel away from it all but only a short drive to Skala where there are plenty of great restaurants and bars . The villa amenaties were great WiFi and Netflix on the tv which our 10 and 6 year old appreciated. The view from the villa has to be by far the best thing it was amazing .i would definitely recommend the villa to anyone coming to the area. We loved it

Stunning Location!

What a fabulous villa! Absolutely stunning location, with amazing sea views! The pool was fabulous, and so very much needed as the weather turned really hot the whole week we were there. The communication from Lefteris was great, and he answered all our questions really quickly. Marinela was amazing with her helpfulness , and as there was only one stationary umbrella we couldn't move, she did her best to organise another for us, but sadly this wasn't meant to be, so we had to sit in the shade of the villa during the hottest periods, instead of relaxing under the umbrella, as none materialised. Lefteris promised us two new ones by the Tuesday, but these hadn't even arrived when we left on the Thursday. Hopefully the next visitors will have more luck. We will definitely be back, as it really was in a fantastic location, and very comfortable indeed. We can't fault all the help we were given, and loved it so very much, so thank you Lefteris!

This villa is in the most amazing location with beautiful views and easy drive to Skala and Poros.

The owner's father is very accommodating. The pool is beautiful and area surrounding safe. We had mentioned to the owner before arrival that we wanted to make sure there were 6 sunbeds as previous clients had said there were only 4. A new double sunbed was there on arrival and much appreciated. Thank you. There are lots of traditional and very good restaurants in Skala and great delicatessen, butcher and green grocer in Poros.
