Located in a peaceful rural location but near the village of Skala with its tavernas and beach, Villa Demeter is a large and comfortable holiday home. Set within an enclosed plot of 2,203 sq.m with a private pool, it allows for complete relaxation away from it all.

The garden is of exceptional beauty with a variety of mature fruit trees, plants and flowers. Outside dining table, seating areas and pool loungers so you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa also has an outdoor shower and a BBQ area. The property is not overlooked: allowing you to relax in complete privacy and peace.

Amazing Villa

We had a fantastic stay – the villa was beautifully decorated with spacious rooms, a stunning pool and garden, and in the perfect location. The kitchen was really well-equipped with everything we needed.The host was incredibly responsive, but we didn’t need to ask anything as every detail had already been thought of and clearly communicated. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Perfect villa holiday!

Spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Great pool with sun loungers and comfy shaded sofa. Highly recommend!

Villa Demeter

We had a lovely stay. The Villa is really well equipped and spacious. The grounds and pool area were very relaxing and pretty, the pictures don’t do them justice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this villa. If there was any suggestion I could make it’s that pool towels would be a really nice idea. The days of needing to bring your towels with you is kind of outdated and less than ideal. We ended up buying some cheap towels from the supermarket to use and threw away before we left. Overall though this is a lovely villa and we had a great time.
