"We had a nice big 2 room suite, breakfast was good, location was just off the freeway. Good prices, especially for a last minute reservation as we are driving from Alameda, California (near San Francisco) to Maine."

"Woke up from a 1 night stay to no hot water. Called the front office and they said they changed out water heaters for the property the night before and they'd talk to maintenance about fixing it. An hour later called back down, no fix or maintenance available so they said they'd stop doing the hotel laundry to see if that helps. It didn't. No offer to use another section of the hotel to shower with working hot water. Asked front desk for a discount or something for our inconvenience as all four of us had to shower in freezing water to get ready for a graduation party we traveled out for. She said she'd ask her manager the next day for us and that a manager wasn't going to be in all day (hard to believe, but whatever). Was never done, no follow up by amy manager, no discount. On top of all that the room furniture was in disrepair and visually banged up or missing chunks of wood from the cabinetry. Will never stay here again. Do not recommend."

"A man, who I never even gave my name to, came up the stairs, barefooted, and only after I had to call him from the front desk…and said “here’s your key” & walked away. We did get in late, around 2:30 am. He then called our room and had my husband get out of bed, to go pay a pet fee that wasn’t mentioned to us, nor were any amenities or instruction given upon “check in” (I.e. when the barefooted man handed a room key to a stranger) The pillows smelled like an un showered person had been sleeping on them, there was someone’s comb on the floor and the a/c was not great! I wouldn’t have eaten breakfast in such a dank and musty smelling place if my life depended on it! (even if I woke up in time)"
