"Stayed here for a show at pier 17. If you’re planning on being in this area, visiting 9/11 memorial, Statue of Liberty etc. this is absolutely the place to stay. Clean, nice, everywhere is walkable "

"Pre flight overnight stay. Have stayed here before and it was great, the convenience of being on airport premises is ideal. The room was nice but on this occasion the proximity to the ice machine (in an echo ridden tiled alcove) was not ideal. Lots of people trying to fill buckets until about 1am. Right at 5am it sounded like the machine started running to fill the hopper again. So as much as I wanted great sleep I just couldn't get it. Hotel staff were very helpful on this trip as my travel plans changed hours before I was due to check in and I needed parking. Staff turned my reservation into a stay and park and saved me money and headaches. "

"Francis was great at the front desk. The property took us a few minutes to find the entrance. Once inside, it is decent. It is directly across from the World Trade Center and located where it is easy to get around town. We would stay again for sure!"

"I love the Ace Hotel! The best hotel chain around the world. This one stands out for its spacious rooms, beautiful design, and fantastic service. Marcus at the front desk was so friendly and an awesome introduction to the place. Maurice, the director, was extremely helpful and kind when we had delayed dry cleaning and had to move into the city. The design of the Ace is the best! Only thing is I wish they provided slippers. I also wish this was in Williamsburg but still a good location in Brooklyn if you haven’t been!!"
