Search B&B in Kazuno

"ここ数年連続で「プレミアムスイート、64m2」に宿泊している者です。 施設はしっかり古さを感じますが、 自然が多く、大人から子供まで楽しめるので 何泊しても楽しめると思います。 ただ、例年は気になりませんが、 今回は、部屋の衛生面が酷くて 退室しようか家族で相談したほどでした。 2泊しましたが、清掃してもらっても、 しばらく洗ってなかったのか部屋着が臭くて着用できなかったり、 ソファの下に自分たちの物でない輪ゴム、 カーテンの下にはミニカー、 挙げ句の果てには、部屋の浴槽が気持ち悪いほど汚れており、フロントに電話して清掃してもらったほどです。 このランクの部屋だったからガサツに掃除されたのかはわかりませんが、ここ数年気に入って利用していただけに残念です。 辛口かもしれませんが、事実しか書いていませんので、参考になればと思います。"

"Hostel was not at the location provided in listing but 1.1 km away from the lake. Self-check in was fin but hostel was run down with many lights not working, cobwebs in hallways. Rooms were booked with private bathrooms but there was no private bathrooms. Bathrooms were communal and there was no shower just sinks with buckets. Sheets were clean but rooms had broken a/c, smelled of fumigation but there were still bugs, broken drawers and lights. It was the worst hostel I have stayed in. We booked three rooms across two reservations and one rooms was so bad that two people ended up sleeping in one room. Said there was free breakfast but it was only toast and coffee/tea. Do not recommend!"

"30 minute walk from station or 10 minutes bus ride with 5 minutes walk or quick or affordable taxi. Onsen was great. Lots of amenities. Park with cherry blossoms, convenience store, and restaurants within walking distance. Beds are comfortable. Overall, a great stay. Thank you!"

"The hotel has ample parking and the staff are very friendly. The only drawback is that the bathroom is very small. However, it is a very nice place to stay and the price is very reasonable. "

"Excellent room Staff are helpful but cannot speak English. Comfortable place The only complaint was the food. It snowed on the night of arrival and the next day we decided to use the hotel dinning. There plenty of choices but the food are not as fres at other places and was quite expensive . We later found reasonably close by restaurant which are actually cheaper. "
