"We had a wonderful stay at the Vivanta Hotel Trivandrum, and one of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional hospitality shown by the restaurant team. The restaurant staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making every meal a pleasure. A special mention goes to Chef Amarnath, whose culinary skills and personal attention were outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable, preparing delicious meals with great care and taking the time to check that everything met our expectations. The combination of excellent food, impeccable service, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. "Tranquil property. Comfortable rooms but what others say about the air conditioners noise and bathrooms is true. The staff, especially restaurant were terrific. Management is aware the gym needs work. I exercise seriously and had to go to an outside facility. No more harbor construction noise. The harbor could be an eyesore if you want natural ocean views. But it had its own charm. Management really cares about your satisfaction."
