"The staff was absolutely amazing! From the front desk receptionists to the security guard. They were absolutely lovely. The hotel itself is right in the heart of everything and you have easy walkable access to amazing parts of the city. Plus the views are spectacular! The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but clean, and when I had to move rooms for my comfortability they were extremely accommodating and accessible. Some things are broken, and the pool isn’t the cleanest but it is outside. Plus breakfast is not free! Kinda unfortunate but otherwise a very great, comfortable hotel right in the middle of beautiful Salt Lake City! I would 100% stay again."
