"Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control."

"Çalışanların çoğu kaba, çok eski bir hotel ve heryere uzak. Eğer tur ile gitmezseniz taksiye günlük en az 5 bin lira vermeyi gözden çıkarmanız gerekiyor. Odalar çok eski, içecekler ücreti. Küçük su için 40 tl isteniyor. Halılar çok kötü kokuyor. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir daha Allah düşürmesin ."

"The hotel caters for big tourist buses and behind the glamourous entrance there is little attention to details and customer care. I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby...

"Stunning hotel, great service and unbeatable value. Rooms are beautiful, not "actual" caves but the architecture is very reminiscent of the local caves. Perfectly located with tons of walking dining and shopping options and very easy to visit all the local beautiful sites. The pool was very clean and not crowded at all, very relaxing, refreshing and comfortable. We loved our stay. "
