"Great property with beautiful views - friendly, helpful staff"

"Friendly and helpful staffs. Hotel clean, room clean. I stay 4 nights at room 304, I like the balcony, you can see air balloons from there. A little noisy at night if you are light sleep, you can hear everything outside and next doors, even though closing all windows. The air- condition is good but the light of numbers temperature too bright. The breakfast is not for us, but it is okay, hotel near town, we walk there to eat, a lot of food. No elevator. I like the hotel terrace. Still recommend to stay here if you don’t like to deal with all the hotel up hill. "

"we loved the location and the hotel facilities. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant on top floor were good. We had elderly parent with us and they found it very difficult to walk up and down stairs for buffet about 3 flight of stairs. otherwise would recommend. "

"I really enjoyed my stay in Artemis Cave Suites - the hotel is well located within walking distance of the centre of Goreme, while having spectacular views across the region from its terrace (particularly at sunset). The rooms are air conditioned and they can also provide gluten free bread for breakfast if requested in advance. The hotel was also good at helping to arrange trips and guided tours to places within Cappadocia, and they are responsive on WhatsApp if you have any issues. Overall a great experience"

"We were welcomed warmly and found our room clean and with fabulous bathrooms. Our balloon trip had been cancelled due to weather and the staff made every effort to book us on the next day. "This is my first time in Cappadocia, and I absolutely wanted to stay at a cave hotel. Kelebek is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. They would go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Our hot air balloon ride got canceled the day we booked it and we really wanted to go, but it was fully booked all over Cappadocia. But they went to work to find us the best deal and excellent balloon company because they have connections. Hedi, the receptionist was particularly wonderful: patient, kind, cheerful, very helpful. Lots of variations for breakfast. The only thing I wish they had was a fitness center for guests to use. It would make the experience so much more complete. "
