"The walkway from Shinagawa station is not smooth enough to be rolling/pushing luggage to check into hotel. also, no cover during rain. I realize there are renovations on-going but I hope they make it more comfortable to transit from the station to the front desk for check in. thank you"

We, unfortunately, had a small medical emergency early in the am and the staff went above and beyond to help us find the proper care. We are very grateful for all the staff that worked that night .We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Side note - we also enjoyed the bakery and breakfast buffet. "
