"Both service and location were great! The onsite onsen is a huge benefit. Massage chairs, free ice cream, soba, and drinks made it even better. The only draw back, if it really is one is that you have to remove your shoes when entering the hotel. The hotel has tatami mat floors and I can totally understand why they would want you to remove your footwear prior to entering. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!"
