"It’s a great hotel, it’s not too far from the train stations. The staff is great, you’ll feel at home here. Definitely gonna be staying at this hotel for my next visit to Japan!! Thank you again to the staff at APA Hotel and Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower for making my first visit to Japan an unforgettable one!! ❤️"
"Very small room for the price. Bathroom had black mold, and the shower head would flood the bathroom unless you took it off the wall and held it all shower."
"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several issues with the room. When we first arrived, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite the room being booked for our stay. A few nights later, I found what appeared to be a bed bug in the bedroom, and when I opened the window, I also discovered a cigarette butt on the inside of the window sill.
We brought our concerns to the front desk, but were advised that the hotel was fully booked and that an upgrade or partial refund...
"I wouldn’t stay there again. The room was BEYOND too small for 2 people. No place to store luggage or cloths.
It was very clean.
But even the lobby with 5 people, you could not move.
Expedia showed laundry onsite, this was not true."
"The hotel is very beautiful and very clean, the rooms are a bit small but with little luggage there is no problem with that. The breakfast is good, it's a buffet style, it's almost always the same dishes and at no point were we very crowded, we always had a place in the restaurant."
