"The hotel is really big but there are only 3 elevators so the waiting time is quite long for most of the time. It's always good to have a public bath for relaxing. No luggage keeping for more than 1 day even I would be checking in again the day after which was quite annoying as I have to find a place to keep my luggage. Some of the staff is a bit rude maybe they were really busy?!"

"This was my first time at an APA hotel. I was amazed at how modern and beautiful it is and how well equipped each room is and how tastefully designed it is. The rooms are indeed small but they're manageable and they're exquisite: the bedding, the lighting, good desk and work chair, long and short yukatas, a large 4k flat screen tv, etc. I'm so happy that I'm staying there again, in a different Tokyo location, in a week and again in a couple weeks. Excellent value for the price."

"All staff were very polite and helpful, nice clean room, clean towels when wanted, great to have the air-conditioning worked perfectly, didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. Location was perfect for train station. Very happy with all of it. 👍"
