"There isn't a ton to do around here and it was raining but the property itself is clean and cozy and if you were able to go hike it would be an awesome location to stay. It was too rainy for us to do much of anything but the property was great!"

"Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho....

"The location and layout of Honu Lani are superb. A short drive to everything on the south and east coasts and a short walk to Riptides or the Beach House Restaurant. The views are gorgeous and we snorkelled our front on calm days, surfed when there were waves. The house is well stocked with everything. Had such a great time, thank-you!"

"Property was even better than advertised. Highly recommend esp for boogie boarding, beach activities. Loved the outdoor shower! House is great. Spent one whole day just relaxing on property itself. Neighborhood was quiet and worked out well, some rentals and some local residents and a good balance of each with a pleasant vibe. Host expectations were friendly and communicated clearly. We were grateful for their logistics support for checking in and out and the rental really made our stay in Kauai...

"We stayed a week at this beautiful home and loved every minute. The house was as advertised. You need to be prepared for cars and pedestrians walking by especially in the mornings. We enjoyed the large lanai for our coffee in the morning and all meals that we prepared in the well appointed kitchen. I would recommend this property without reservation."

"The central location, nice neighborhood, ocean front views and beautiful yard could not be beat. Our large family enjoyed walking to Poipu beach (if you go at sunrise, you can see the sea turtles going into the water for the day). We loved spotting dolphins and sea turtles from the yard, doing yoga on the balcony and stargazing. The location was a good homebase for the day trips that we had planned. The only negative was the house is older and we had some problems turning off the showers all the...

"We were on our first family vacation, celebrating my 50th birthday, and this home was exactly what we were hoping for! We’ve been coming to the island since 2002 and this was our first VRBO experience. We love the Poipu area, and the comfort of this home is incredible. The layout is perfect, the beds are extremely comfortable, the furnishings are beautiful, and the home has everything you need to feel “at home”. We will absolutely stay here again!!"

"The property was well equipped for visitors with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The weather was a bit cool and cloudy while we were there so the lack of AC wasn't a problem. Loved the location, close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. I would not classify this property as Luxury but comfortable and homey. There were some upkeep issues that need to be addressed but we would be happy to stay there again."

"This house was everything we could have wanted and more! Perfect for the six adults and two children. Close to several beaches and town. The pool was amazing and we practically lived in the outdoor area! Great fun watching the golfers, and there was actually more of a water view then we expected. "We had an ocean view, next to the little river or inlet. Lovely on the balcony! The unit clearly is a bit dated. While clean, it had carpet stains and tears, but all the fixtures worked well and the overall experience was just superb. We would go back."
