"Comfortable bed and quiet rooms. Nice offerings for breakfast for a fee. No coffee in rooms or refrigerator like American hotels. Hotel is U shaped and outdoor space has lounge area for smokers. Inside lobby nicely decorated minimalist modern. 15 minute walk to airport and S-1 trains to Hamburg Hbf central. There is an EDEKA market in airport concourse that has a great assortment of food and necessities; also connected to bakery for sandwiches, pastries and coffee. Other than that and a Starbucks it is a distance to restaurants and 20 minute train ride to city center and port of Hamburg. I would stay here again for ease of location and a quiet safe place"

"excellent location, quiet and clean, easy check in, staffing a little overwhelmed under breakfast seating/should have people wait at the desk and then someone accompany them to the table, we walked to an assigned table but other people just squeezed by and sat down at it..., otherwise great place to stay and excellent breakfast buffet"
