The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "We had a great experience staying at the hotel which was a perfect base for a few days exploring the area. Hotel set on top of mountain with great views, and facilities including lovely gardens and plants, an infinity pool and great restaurant with outstanding service. Paid a bit more for a larger room with a balcony. Excellent restaurant and menu with cookery and tea demonstrations. Delicious breakfasts and dinners supervised by chef Ram and attentive team of dedicated and helpful servers."
