"First, this is an amazing place to stay at if you have a large group. We had a group of 8 and the place was perfect. The value was amazing for size and the location. The place is 2 stops off the Seibu line out of Ikebukuro. It is on the same line that goes to Harry Potter Land. "The building is old. The unit bath was very narrow and the toilet was old and dirty. There was no outlet in the bathroom so we couldn't use a hair dryer etc. The steps to the loft bed were too steep and when we sat down our heads almost hit the ceiling. The lights in the room were dim.The room we stayed in didn't have a dining table, just a small desk and a chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed to eat.
