"Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping.
