"Hot springs at night and free ramen at night. A great place to relax at night after a long day"

"It’s not called Fiji View Hotel for nothing!!!! Get a room with the view!!!!!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and dinner services were elaborate and exquisite. The staff were very polite. We felt the rooms were spacious but there was a smell, suspect food smell from the dinner. Would be nice to have air freshener or a reed diffuser in room. The shuttle service while convenient was inconsistent. You need to use the payphone at train station for pickup. One of our pickups took over 30min and I had to call 2x to check."

"great"

"Set the expectations low so there’s less likelihood of being disappointed. Their shuttles will have to take you to and from your room so plan extra time. Lots of steps to walk to dine at their restaurant for breakfast and dinner. There’s option for in-room dining but that all depends on how early you can arrive in order to make reservations as it’s limited. This is not a one stop shop type of resort, it’s a lot of walking around the property and being shuttled around."

"Room size is good enough, location is quite close to kawaguchiko lake but a bit of walk from kawaguchiko station, which is fine as you get to sightsee the surroundings. The hotel is generous enough to provide free shuttle bus from and to the hotel. It also provides free bus to several stations which are quite strategic for your trip back to Tokyo - like for example Otsuki station."
