"Wir waren nur zwei Nächte vor Ort , aber von der Unterkunft begeistert. Die Lage war toll, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Kinder haben das Spielzimmer geliebt (gerade die Möglichkeit für Xbox und PlayStation) und das Schwimmbad war auch sehr schön und vor allem warm. "Große (Ent)täuschung! Aus zwei Gründen: 1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein Kühlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dürfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden! 2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. Es müsste beim Buchen angezeigt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich in einen 4* Hotel nicht inkludiert ist. Außerdem weist das Hotel große Instandhaltungsmängel auf...
