"The Terrace Staff truly took customer service to the next level! We have never had such excellent CS. From the text requests that were delivered every time within minutes (Rose front desk was amazing) or the maintenance man (I think Richard) who not only ensured our AC was working properly he brought us complimentary fountain sodas in between his visits! I mean TOP NOTCH! All of it!!! I just can not say enough and we've stayed at all kinds of boutique style hotels, Ritz, JW Marriott's etc."

"My stay was excellent, except my room was on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, I asked for 1st floor room, that's an upgrade of $100 extra; I don't know how a handicap person would do if there is no extra $100 for an upgrade; I wasn't told that when I booked the room, I would have gone somewhere else. Every thing else was wonderful."
