"Was difficult and confusing to navigate from airport to the hotel, but eventually made it. The room was so cute and roomy. Check in was a bit confusing, the charged me extra but I have no idea what it was for…then got charged again several days later after I checked out for another odd charge but I didn’t find it until a week later. "Breakfast was an OK buffet. The rooms were fine, definitely period with a steamship theme. No modern amenities though and this is not an accessible property. Beware if you have mobility limitations—stairs!"

"We stayed here the night before take Holland America Cruise. The hotel is conveniently located. It's across from the cruise port over the bridge with in walking distance to the port and walking distance to city center. We had time to take a morning walk visiting the Cube Houses and Markthal area before checking in the cruise at noon. The room was small, but very clean. We would stay here again in the future for the convenience."

"Amazing location. We are able bodied walkers and 100% of the things we wanted to do in Rotterdam were within a 20 min walk (most closer). The hotel is in a scenic location very close to transit and several major sites. There is a convenience store with good hours and food products less than 200m from the door."
