Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable.

If you are facing the main street it can be a bit noisy due to the traffic and nearby cafes but it's only an issue if the windows are open. A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset!
