"Ultimate relaxation environment! Staff extremely helpful even with language barrier the desk clerks went above and beyond to help us with travel arrangements, taxis, food delivery, and more. The breakfast was incredible with the servers and chefs kindly providing an ultimate Japanese experience. Everyone showed us kindness and genuine hospitality all the way to housekeeping and management. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an amazing getaway. Top notch! "担々麺の夜の無料サービスがあったり、ゲームコーナーも無料で楽しめる気の利いた物があったり、コーヒー無理コーナー(ワインは有料)があったりでとても楽しめました！ロケーションも景色が絶景で、何しろスタッフの対応も言うこと無しでした。また是非伺いたいです！"

"Very relaxing hotel. Close to the cable car. Delicious food, easy going and big room. We were allowed to make use of the onsen opposite the hotel and the could also use the one in the hotel. Spectacular views and very friendly staff. They speak English and Japanese."
