It consists of a large living and dining area and a fully equipped large kitchen, one double room and a bathroom with a shower the ground floor and three double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower on the first floor.
The villa is located in the quiet village of Rojci, Kastelir, cca 15 km from Porec and cca 8 km from the beach- Lanterna.
Good restaurants can be found within walking distance of 300 m, as well as a local supermarket, larger shopping centers are in Tar and Porec.
The villa is ideal for families and fiends looking for a spacious holiday retreat.
