These beautifully furnished apartments are located in Kastel Luksic. CDF632 is on the 1st floor with one bedroom. CDF630 has three bedrooms and the sloping ceiling partly reaches down to 160 cm, because this apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Also on the 2nd floor is CDF631 with one bedroom. Refreshment can be found in the beautiful shared pool next to the house. The house is well positioned, it is close to the historic cities of Trogir and Split. Also, the proximity to the airport is ideal for those who do not arrive in their own car. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower, a toilet and a covered terrace with summer kitchen.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open May - end September.

Apartament bardzo przestronny.

Apartament bardzo przestronny. Lokalizacja w porządku, choć trochę daleko do plaży. Blisko ruchliwej drogi. Apartament dość dobrze wyposażony, największym minusem brak klimatyzacji w sypialniach, klimatyzacja jedynie w salonie co przy temperaturach rzędu 35-38 stopni powodowało że ciężko było wytrzymać w pokojach i dobrze się wyspać. Dużym plusem basen z czystą i ciepła wodą.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus und kümmert sich super um den Pool, man hat ihn sehr sehr selten gesehen und wenn war er sehr freundlich. Der Pool mit zugehörigen Küche wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt, war auch kein Problem da wir den Pool fast für uns alleine hatten.Leider hat die Wohnung nur im Wohnzimmer Klimaanlage. Die Ausstattung sonst war super, der TV wurde von uns nicht genutzt.Die Promenade ist von der Ferienwohnung zu Fuß etwa in 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es überall, 5min zum Bäcker und einem kleinen Laden.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie. Ferieboligen lå tæt på vandet, tæt på byen, tæt på handlemuligheder Rengøring var i orden samt alle øvrige forhold En bolig som fungerede rigtig fint til prisen Dog var køkkenet noget dårligt udstyret. Der var tallerkner, glas og bestik, men de køkkenredskaber, der skal til, for at lave et ikke helt simpelt måltid, manglede desværre. Håber der bliver fyldt lidt op i køkkenet med diverse madlavningsredskaber :-)
