"Church bells toll Nextdoor so beware if you are a light sleeper. Friendly staff and right near a row of restaurants lining the waterfront. Quiet area. About 25 mins from Split downtown. Five mins by car from airport. Parking available (free I think) Bus station five mins easy walk."

"Rooms are quite dated but spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy. We were half board. The breakfast was buffet style and had plenty of choice. The evening meal in the restaurant was fabulous. So much choice, very tasty and so much of it. If I was going back to the area, we would stay there again."

"Fantastic Villa, with beautiful views of the bay and Split itself, and well located for trips to Kaštel, Trogir and Split and is less than 15 mins drive from the airport. There are a couple of decent shops down the hill about 5 mins drive, with loads of excellent bars and restaurants in the nearby Gabine and other beaches very nearby.Having two pools is a massive bonus if you have lots of kids in the group and we used the pool table and cinema room quite a bit when they needed to get out of the midday sun. The bedrooms were comfortable with good amenities if a little small and which could do with more storage for clothes etc. Josipa and Davor were super responsive when we needed help with things. If you value your lie in past 7 am you may be a little challenged by the trains, planes, church bells and barking dogs/cockerels but they were only ever a minor intrusion rather than an issue for us. As a bonus for the first time I can remember on holiday I didn’t get a single mosquito bite! I really can highly recommend this villa for a first class, incredibly memorable villa holiday!"

"We stayed as a group of 10 and found the indoor and outdoor spaces excellent. The pool is a large size and well maintained. Plenty of sunloungers to use and a covered area to stay out of the sun when needed. There is also a great BBQ area with a dining table, to have lovely outdoor dinners. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are all good doubles and the air con works well throughout the villa. Hosts very friendly and provided a nice welcome to the property. Location is good, with short drives to Kastela, Trogir and Split. There is a local supermarket within a 5min drive and larger shopping about 15mins away. We had a great time and very much enjoyed the villa."

"Great for families with seperate floors for living Villa in a Safe area ! Near supermarkets. Owners great with early check in and storing bags Spacious and clean Pool is great and towels provided Beds really comfy All round a great base and place to stay for exploring. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a fabulous holiday. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool, games room and sauna. The villa was well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed place to stay, and we'd all happily return in the future."

"We have just had an amazing holiday at this gorgeous villa. The house, garden and pool were immaculate - so clean and beautiful.The hot tub was a great treat too and we will miss sitting there with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains.The hosts were very friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with from the moment we booked. Mate met us on arrival and took us for a tour of the area which was so useful. He pointed out restaurants, supermarkets and familiarised us with the local Kaštels - which we totally fell in love with!Mate also gave us a list of recommended places to eat and we enjoyed several of these.We had sunny hot weather so were very grateful for the air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area which all worked very well. The villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed playing darts and crazy golf in the garden.Mate and his wife live on the first floor but we had total privacy at the villa with reassurance that they were there if needed.The villa is in a wonderful position. We could walk to restaurants and cafes and had a short drive to Trojir and Split which were beautiful. We hired a car so drove to Skradin where we got a boat to Krka National Park for the waterfalls. We also enjoyed a boat trip around the islands and a trip to Omis and Primosten.Thank you so much to Mate and his family for a wonderful holiday. We really didn’t want to leave! Hopefully we will be lucky enough to return one day! Ali, Richard and Harrison xxx"
