Villa Gregor is a unique property, built in 1900, and thoroughly renovated to provide a unique blend of old, traditional stone house, with modern facilities. The property has retained its original charm, is situatuated in a secluded area of Kastav, yet walking distance from all facilites that Kastav offers. Gardens are secluded and private, and provide unique view of local landmark, Cerkvina from the 15th century. The house and gardens are protected as part of national cultural heritage.
Kastav is a medieval town, perched on the hills, overlooking the bay of Kvarner. It is close to all major landmarks, with approximately 10min drive to Opatija, 15 to Lovran, 20 to Rijeka. There is plenty to see and do in Kastav itself, ranging from jazz concerts and live music in Cerkvina , to art galleries and several highly ranking restaurants.
