Romantic 350 Year Old Casa Sophia
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful traditional stone house with a wonderful sea view from the spacious terrace. Sophia and Mogens were wonderful hosts and welcomed us with a very generous welcome pack of food in the fridge and other essentials like bread, wine and beer - a lifesaver seeing as we arrived very late. Being longstanding residents themselves they were able to give us endless insider tips on what to see and where to eat. The kitchen was very well equipped so it was no problem to take full advantage of all the excellent food, fruit and vegetables available locally and enjoy leisurely home cooked meals on the terrace. They also provided us with very effective battery powered fans which were very good for keeping the mosquitos at bay outdoors and keeping us cool at night as we aren't too keen on sleeping with air-conditioning all night. The built in in air-con though was very effective. Sophia very kindly did our washing for us, provided beach towels and changed the linen in the middle of our stay. The village of Pyrgos is really charming and a very good base to explore this wonderful region. There is everything you need here for a really great holiday."

Filanthi's Haus gehört für mich aber ohne Zweifel zu den schönsten, in denen wir je gewohnt haben.Hier stimmt einfach alles: die traumhafte Lage, das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus, die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit sowie die herzliche Betreuung. Für uns ganz klar: 10 von 10 Punkten.Das Haus liegt in einem idyllischen, ruhigen Dorf, umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Zum Strand oder Supermarkt sind es etwa 20 bis 30 Minuten – genau die richtige Entfernung, um die absolute Ruhe und Entspannung fernab vom Trubel genießen zu können."

"We had a lovely week here by the pool! Perfect place to relax with the family. The private pool was so nice and our host was extremely friendly and responsive! The views and location so close to cute towns and beaches cannot be beat!"
