"I would not call this property upscale, but it was an older comfortable top floor of a house. Close to a few restaurants and a HyVee supermarket. Didnt like that we couldnt control the house temparature, it is in the apt below. Joanne who responds quickly, adjusted it, but still would be nice to have control as too cool in the am, too warm at pm. Joanne, thank you for a pleasant stay."
