Perfect location for getting around

Great staff, very friendly. Super breakfast options. The hotel is on the older side, but it is very clean and comfortable. Overall a great choice for a couple nights exploring this interesting town.

Good hotel staff

We arrived late night and there was some booking trouble in my colleague. However, the hotel staff tried to check the problems and finally succeded to solve the problem. It took some time but staff behaviors are very kind and polite. I stayed nice time in Kassel.

the price of the accomondation is too expensive to meet the service quality. They don't even provide luggage storage service.

No bed for the child

We had payed for 2 adults and a child at 10 years old. There was no bed for the child and the receptionist said that the child could sleep in the bed with us. She said that it was Hotels.com that made and mistake and not the hotel- it was a vary bad experience

Wir wäre äußerst Zufrieden. Die Betten waren gemütlich, das Zimmer schön sauber und die Gegend perfekt um auch zu Fuß alles zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Empfehlung geht raus! :)
