The very tasteful and comfortable holiday house is on the outskirts of Possidi by the fabulous sandy beach. It is the last house in the row and is right on a little hill, surrounded by many trees with a bordering forest and many plants. The house measures 100m² and is on two floors. The lower floor has three bedrooms, two of which each have two single beds and a wardrobe, while the third has a double bed. A set of spare bed linen is available for all the beds. This floor also has a bathroom with a WC, washbasin and a modern shower and steam cubicle. Towels and a washing machine are provided. In the hallway there is a little minibar with a fridge, where you can store drinks. The upper floor of the house consists of a living room and kitchen. The big living room has a comfortable leather sofa, which can be folded out if required as a bed for two further people. On cooler evenings you can relax in front of the fireplace. The open kitchen has modern appliances such as an electric ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle and big fridge with freezer compartment. Four people can sit at the round table. On this floor there is the second bathroom with a WC, washbasin and shower. All the windows in the house are fitted with insect screens. The big balcony is a special feature of the house. You can enjoy the view towards the forest and the sea here, with the fragrance of pine trees. A private grill and parking spaces for up to three cars are provided. You can share use of the pool on the residential complex. A motor-powered dinghy can be hired for a fee (including driver). Possidi is the first tract of the Chalkidiki peninsula. It has wonderful sandy beaches, where you can enjoy sunsets with a marvellous view of Mount Olympus. There are little tavernas right by the beach, as well as pizzerias, fast food shops, bars, souvenir shops and a little supermarket within about a 15-minue walk. The beach is ten minutes away. If you have a car you can find parking spaces everywhere. The nearest airport in Thessaloniki is about an hour and 15 minutes away by rental car.
