"When I first tried this hotel, I used the daily use onsen. I fee; in love with the cave onsen. We now stay at least two nights ove night to use the floor 33 onsen as well as the cave onsen. "This was a very cozy stay. All amenities and documentation were well prepared and the place was clean. The host was very quick to reply on Expedia (less than 5 minutes) even at 20:00/8:00pm.
