"For those plan to make day trips, the location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Shinkansen station. We only spent one night, but we had a wonderful stay, very convenient. We had left some important documents in our previous hotel in Kyoto, and the staff at this hotel were fantastic, arranged for the documents to be shipped overnight, very courteous, very helpful."
