"Warmest compliments for the cheerful, professional welcome from both the JAL City Reception staff and Breakfast team, who organised an outstanding buffet service with a vast array of hot and cold options. Cereals, yogurt, fruit, eggs, meat, fish, salad, soup, rice, noodles, natto....everything you could imagine! Should you need other travel supplies, the hotel location is under 2 minutes walking distance away from 24hr-shops on Anamori Fureai street, opposite the main lobby entrance. We also enjoyed superb pre-arrival Q&A guidance via Expedia messaging tool. This puts new travellers' minds at ease to swiftly navigate very busy Haneda airport and be confident to locate the correct hotel shuttle service. Both the arrival and departure shuttles were supported by bi-lingual driver guidance too."

"I stayed here with my wife and two kids. The hotel was fantastic, extremely close to a train station, laundry mat, 7 Eleven and a Family Mart. Hotel food was on the pricier side, but it was really good food and had a good mix of eastern and western food. The beds were really comfortable. Embarrassingly it took me a day to figure out the thermostat, but that was on me. It took me a google gemini search to help me figure it out, (Press the top right button to turn on the A/C since it will turn off when you remove your card when you leave the room. I would 100 percent stay here again. It is not located in a typical touristy area, although the hotel seemed full of tourists. The hotel is also close to plenty of shopping centers and food with a quick 10 minute walk. Highly recommend this place."
