"We absolutely loved our stay at Centara Grand Osaka. Our family room on the Miyabi Club floor was the perfect size, with stunning views. The club lounge was a real highlight, and we made great use of the breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks throughout our stay. The service was wonderful, and a special mention to Jenny at the buffet, who makes fabulous coffee! I was also really touched by a special birthday card and cake being delivered to my room for my birthday, which I did not mention to staff or note on my booking, but demonstrated a very caring attitude by hotel staff. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have barista-made coffee available in the club lounge, as the machine coffee wasn’t great. Overall, a fantastic hotel for families, and we would happily stay again."

"A great location with close proximity to all of Osaka's famous neighborhoods! It is a huge hotel, so it was extremely busy at times! Please keep in mind since the elevators will take a little while to take you around the facilities. On the perks side, the hotel onsen is fantastic! Incredibly clean and welcoming. The rooftop breakfast also provides a great view of dotonbori! Thank you for having us!"
