"Lovely place, well placed for Dotenbari (20min walk) and Osaka in general. 2 different tube lines within 10 mins walk msde for easy access to kyoto, Universal and Nara. The staff were extremely helpful. When our lugage arrived it was taken to our room waiting for us. When it was time to move on the desk staff arranged everything for us , very impressed with the professionalism. Lots of Cafes and convenience stores within a minutes walk. Having a kitchenette and dining area was wonderful and...

"This hotel was nice. We stayed in the Pokémon themed room and the kids loved it. While we understand the need to eco friendliness would have been nice to have amenities in the room instead of having to ask. The games in the lobby were a great addition to keep our two young children entertained. Would have been nice if our suite had in suite laundry considering we had everything else. Overall I would stay here again. "

"The hotel is very close to the metro station. Room is clean and big enough to open 2 big luggage. Love that we can cook and do the laundry. Just that i only receive check in details at 2pm that day. It will be better if i know the check in procedures beforehand. "

"Great location. Easy access to multiple train stations. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Dontoburi is an easy 10 min walk. Host was very responsive and provided great service. The only down side about the place was the beds are a little too hard. Other than that, the place was clean and had all the amenities we needed."
