"This hotel has gone downhill recently. They did not clean my room on the first day, despite me asking for this. When it was cleaned a few things were missed (some towels and tea bags not replaced). The breakfast was disappointing compared to what we saw previously - this time no eggs, hot chocolate or pancake syrup. The fruit, ham and yoghurt selection was not replenished. The fitness room did not have water, towels or cleaning wipes. Apart from that, the room is comfortable and quiet, and we like the location for Carolus Therme. There’s a supermarket close by. "

"There is city tax to pay and parking to pay for at the front desk. Which was not announced in the booking. The shower is just a handheld in the bath. This was nit what i would expect for such a place "
