The room was a little tired with some peeling wallpaper and it smelled of smoke when I first arrived (non-smoking room). The cleaning service was good and we received fresh towels every day. "Hotel was just outside the train station and was a great location to explore other cities on this island of Japan. Breakfast included locally grown items and udon noodles served in the evening were a tasty treat. Room was efficient and roomy than most without a high step up to the bathroom/shower area. Loaner umbrellas most helpful for the rainy day. Staff was friendly and shared lots of smilies. Toyko Inn has become a name we trust to use as travelers. Thank you."
