"Smoothly check-in process. Front desk overall service is good. The location of this service apartment is great. All mainly public transports are within walking distance. A bit challenge is that there is no lift at the closest exit of JR station if you carry with luggages but all good by taxi:) highly recommend will stay again."

"Room was spacious. Love the little room that have the seat but can put away for the beddings on the tatami mats. Everything was clean. There was barely any communication between staff as it was mostly self serve but there is a staff member (ive seen in the evening) there to help with check in and other inquiries. Washer/dryer was convenient for our stay. "

Great cost effective choice

"Room is very small, but cozy. There is laundry downstairs which is useful, but busy. The gym is very small, but enough to get workout in as long as it’s not crowded. "
