We went to Kas for a two day trip. We stayed at the Santosa Pension. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean but dated could do with updating but excellent value for the money. The breakfast had a good verity to choose from and plenty of it. The hotel was within a 5 minute walk of the main street and harbour. Unfortunately although sign posted everywhere there are no walk on beaches. You can access the sea by going to a bar/restaurant, they have sunbeds and steps down directly into the sea, not good if you're not very confident in the sea. There are taxi boats running from the harbour throughout the day to take you to beaches but they're approximately 500tl per person. Over all we had a pleasant stay.

The location is excellent. Everything is close by, a 2-5 minute walk. It's a family-run business, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel and rooms are clean. There are no issues. The owners are attentive and helpful. However, the room I stayed in was the only one on the garden floor. It's a new room. It had a private area and a private entrance. The air conditioning cooled well. However, the bathroom lacked ventilation. A window was opened in the room for ventilation. It's not good to keep the door to the garden open. Mosquitoes and spiders quickly find their way into the room. However, the other rooms are much better located and have better layouts. You can stay without worry.

The place was really nice, right in the Center of the city so easy to walk everywhere from there, good breakfast and is own by a lovely couple, they were so friendly and available to help if needed. Definitely made our stay even nicer :) thanks again

Like home😁

Deniz and Miriam were great hosts, very helpful freindly & Deniz even gave me rides to places on his motorbike which was super since i've been nursing a broken toe on this trip! The place was very clean and breakfast was really nice every morning- if i'm ever back in Kas i will stay with them again

It's family business. Very nice owners, helped us to find parking spot, which is practically impossible in that area. Also, Deniz arranged amazing 6 island boat trip for us. We had a wonderful breakfast and Turkish coffee in the morning. Definitely recommend for a one night stay on a budget

This pension is a very simple place. The hosts are very helpful and willing to be flexible about allowing you to hold luggage there or change from a trip to the beach before leaving. The sheets and towels are plain and simple. The gauzy curtains let in the morning sun. They serve a nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace.

Merhaba bir aile işletmesi sabah kahvaltıları çok iyi, odalarda kullanılan ekipmanlar daha iyi olabilir örneğin duş başlığı çünkü kullandığımız zaman su tazikli gelince duş başlığı yerinden fırladı kendilerine bildirdik sonrasında mutlaka yapmışlardır çünkü kontrol etme fırsatımız olmadı ayrılmıştık. Merkeze yakın olması çok büyük bir avantaj.

Giriş yaptığımızda mini buzdolabında su yoktu. Suyumuzu migrostan kendimiz aldık. Bunun dışında belirttiğimiz eksikleri (kumandanın çalışmaması, banyoda askılık olmaması, priz) hemen hallettiler. En zemin kat rutubetli ve kokuyor. Üst katları tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltı sade ve yeterli. Genel anlamda ortalama. Bu fiyatlara daha iyi bir yerde konaklanılabilir.

Una linda pensión, con muy buena atención de sus dueños, posee aire acondicionado y está en una excelente zona. Lo único malo a destacar fue que la ducha estaba rota por lo cual andaba pero la teníamos que usar manualmente, me pareció muy caro respecto a que al fin y al cabo no deja de ser una pensión y no un hotel.
